Our Staff
L&W’s staff is comprised of seasoned engineers, project managers, and technicians with focused training and professional experience in just about every aspect or discipline of the wireless telecommunications industry. On the staff we have registered Professional Engineers (P.E.s), and PMI-certified project managers (PMPs). All of L&W’s Engineers hail from four-year ABET-accredited engineering programs and L&W maintains active affiliations with IEEE, PMI, UTC, ENTELEC, and EWA.
With over 800 years of combined industry experience, our staff has previously held positions on the client side as telecom leads at large petrochemical companies, Utility Cooperative Managers, Utility Telecom Managers, Utility Telecom Engineers (both IOUs and Coops), Engineers, Project Managers, and technicians with large system integrators, Frequency coordinators, Spectrum managers, Oil field telecom technicians, and Universtiy Engineering Faculty. Our staff intimately understands our clients needs because many of them were at one time the clients.
Beyond our obvious experience, what further differentiates L&W is that our technical resources consist primarily of our own fulltime staff – we are not a "bodyshop". L&W hires for attitude and experience and engages in continuing professional development consisting of formal exposure to new products and technical education.
